The following gives a brief description of three different versions of FIBC filling stations:
BG Basic
Standard filling station
Our simplest filling station is the BG Basic.
The empty FIBC is suspended in a support frame whose height can be adjusted. The whole station stands on platform scales for gravimetric filling. The filled FIBC is moved standing on a pallet and driven out of the station with a forklift truck.
Overhead scales

Filling stations with overhead scales are especially suited for transportable systems as also for use with robust industrial operations. The overhead scales are protected in their position. The danger of damage from a fork-lift truck is thereby minimised. Filling stations with overhead scales can be installed in hanging versions, so that no floor based supports are required.
Lifting column

Fully clad filling station with spindle drive lifting column. All mains supplies and tubing are installed behind dismountable stainless steel cladding. The surfaces are easy to clean because of the smooth surfaces, this makes the use especially suitable for the pharmaceutical and food industries. The special E-shaped design of the platform scale enables the station to be easily served with a pallet truck.
