The empty drum is positioned on the platform scale underneath the docking plate by rolling it along a roller conveyor.

The inliner is pulled out of a film magazine, centered around the filling head and pulled until it reaches the bottom of the drum.

Exact metering is performed by the ProClean® metering system, after which the film hose is closed twice at a distance of approx. 10 cm and cut between the seams.

The film filling head is particularly suited to contamination-free filling of hazardous and pharmaceutical materials (high containment).
