We construct our ProClean machines according to the recommendations of the EHEDG (European Hygienic Engineering & Design Group in Brussels).

Our extensive experience in handling bulk solids offers you the advantage of a system that is designed and constructed by one and the same company. We guarantee systems that are cavity-free, easy to clean, quick to dismantle and have screened cables.

Upon request we can have your ProClean system certified under cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices).

• All cables and tubes are screened and conducted through the lifting column, and fed into the technical area by way of the clean room ceiling.
• Fast connections that are easy to clean and inspect.
• Platform scales with hinged lid, easy to clean.
• Free space under the unit, so that the area under the scales can easily be cleaned.
• Lifting column for the dosing system: the metering screw can be moved to operator height for cleaning and maintenance purposes.
• The lifting column can easily be reached and therefore cleaned from the outside without the need for attachments.
