The Big 5 for HECHT
Inspired by the book "Big Five for Life" by John Strelecky, Jan Hecht revised the vision for HECHT in spring 2019 and developed the "Big 5 for Hecht" from it. Based on the story of an American entrepreneur, he formulated the overarching guiding principle "We HECHTE work in partnership" as well as 5 central goals that he believes will ensure the long-term success of the company. They serve as orientation for employees, business partners and all those who want to shape the path together with HECHT.
The "Big 5 for HECHT" promote personal responsibility, strengthen cohesion and motivate further development. This creates a common understanding of goals and values that enables identification and allows a corporate culture to grow that is characterised by long-term orientation, because those who share similar values grow even stronger together!
