2: Frames

Frames can be classified in three different versions:

  • Table Frames: Tables are small and space-saving stand-alone units for fastening different connection systems and an FIBC support. See also <link http: www.hecht-anlagenbau.de en products discharging fibc-discharging support-tables>Support Tables
  • Gantry Frames: Cantilever or gantry frames are self-sufficient stations for fastening different connection systems and an FIBC support. They consist of a frame and an integrated runway girder with chain hoist and loading gear.
  • Modular Frames: Modular frames are self-sufficient and flexibly usable stations for sporadic discharging of FIBCs. They consist of a frame, a pneumatic height adjustment for FIBCs and the respective outlet tensioning device for the connection system. Normally, a foklift is used as the lifting device in order to mount the FIBC in the modular frame.

4: Suction Shoes

5: PCC 700

Especially for the connection of machinery like blenders or filling stations with high production volumes, HECHT developed the ProClean Conveyor PCC 700, a further development of the HECHT vacuum conveyor for systems with high GMP- and FDA-requirements of our customers.
Der PCC 700 enables a secure conveying of bulk solids, guarantees a dust- and contamination free environment and is extremely flexible to use. Its special design with the innovative filter concept offer numerous advantages.

8: Empty Sack Compressor

Sack discharging stations provide a convenient and compact possibility of discharging sacks in a low-dust way. Depending on the requirements, the dust can be separated with an integrated filter with product return, or an external filter in combination with a dedusting system. The exhaust unit starts automatically when the front flap is opened. Fully contained sack discharging stations for dust-free emptying are also available.

9: Sack Discharging Station

The sack discharge station SE H-EF with integrated filter and protective vibrating sieve is used for hygienic applications in many different areas. The integrated filter (PE filter with PTFE coating and extremely high separation efficiency) avoids product carryover and thus product loss. The easy-to-clean and hygienic design as well as the user-friendly Integration of the filter elements simplify the handling of any kind of products.

Vibrating dosing valves are a simple and efficient solution for a smooth discharging of bulk solids like powders or granulates. 11: Filling Station

HECHT's filling station BG-L is accessible from tree sides. 
The L-shaped design supports the feeding process by means of a palett truck so that there's no need of a forklift or a crane. Connecting the FIBCs to further acessories can easily be carried out.
Optionally, a roller track for bin filling of drums or cartons can be implemented. 
The loopholders mounted to the supporting frame are individually adjustable.

13: Dosing System

The Q-Dos is a hygienic product-gentle dosing system. It is used for metering bulk solids and can be integrated in almost every filling and dosing station. 
The target weight can be input by an metering control unit, then the right weight is controlled with the support of an weighing unit.  When the target weight is reached the product flow is stopped. 
Up to the dosing unit a precision of a few grams can be reached.

14: Screw Sampler

Whether for installation in silos or in downpipes – the HECHT screw sampler is the ideal solution for a representative sampling of any kind of bulk material. At individually selectable time intervals, the defined amount of product is sampled either automatically or manually by means of a hand wheel. 
A pre-installed self-cleaning function guarantees the validity of the samples. Depending on our customers’ requirements, we offer various connections for matching sample vessels as well as different sealing valves.

15: Small Bin Filling Station

Bin Filling Stations normally consist of various components. 
Heart of every system is the filling head. Depending on the application, a filling head for individual filling of single sacks or liners can be integrated or a filling head with continuous liner can be connected. 
Further components for optional integration are loading cells, a dosing function, sampling systems as well as supporting frames or roller tracks.
Feeding of the systems is performed via downpipes or by a pneumatic conveyor like the HECHT PCC.
