Technology
- The system consists of a fixed and a flexible part
- Fixed part: Stainless steel frame with work surface and holder for the disposable foil isolator
- Control can be implemented according to customer-specific OEL requirements, from simple ventilation to negative pressure operation with or without inertisation
- All versions are GMP-compliant
- Flexible part: Disposable foil isolator (material PE, PU, also conductive) can be quickly hooked into the frame
- Different variants of the disposable isolator possible depending on customer requirements
- Various disposable sampling isolators can also be used in a fixed part
- Parts in contact with the product comply with pharmaceutical and food-related requirements
- Sampling takes place within the disposable foil isolator via gloves
- Disposable foil isolator is hooked in and connections connected
- Pneumatic roll-out seal in the worktop fixes the disposable foil isolator in place
- The container is placed under the EPS, the outer liner is fixed to the connection port with an O-ring
- Sampling begins after the outer liner is fixed in place
- Operator takes sample via glove, sampling container is transferred to sample tube
- Tube is double-tied and cut off between the ties
- Both the disposable foil isolator and the sample container remain closed
- Multiple samplings possible, after completion inner liner is closed and pressed into the container
- Outer liner is tied twice and separated, everything remains closed
- Disposable foil isolator can be removed and the next one inserted directly
- No time-consuming cleaning or decontamination required, disposable insulator is disposed of
- EPS is suitable for sampling bulk goods from small containers with one or two liners
- Station is flexible and easy to transport with standard pallet trucks or can be run on castors
- Only requires electricity (230V) and compressed air (1 bar) in the basic version
