Description

The SoliValve® double cone system from HECHT enables fully automatic, low-contamination and closed emptying and dosing (up to AGW / OEL 10 - 100 µg/m³) of less hazardous products. Special big bags with sealing cones (SoliBag®) are used.
In contrast to other bulk material handling solutions available on the market, SoliValve® is a versatile and reliable technology with outstanding results and strong performance in terms of containment (OEB5), dosing accuracy (+/-1g) and complete automation.
The unique technology and functionality as well as the universal passive SoliValve design guarantee smooth filling and emptying of big bags, containers, drums or sacks through one and the same docking unit.
Expensive and complicated double butterfly valves or the old-fashioned cone valve technology, which requires the connection of proprietary big bags, are now obsolete: SoliValve® is more than just a new cone valve system, but a standard for a completely new technology.
