The LBK-EC "Easy Connect" liner filling head is the optimum filling solution for drums and big bags under containment conditions up to OEB 4. Developed for dust-free filling of containers with inliners, the containment filling head impresses with maximum safety, ease of use and efficiency.

Thanks to innovative technology, the Easy Connect filling head requires virtually no consumables such as O-rings. The intuitive 3-button operation, familiar from the LAS-EC, minimises operating errors and takes the strain off your staff.

The LBK-EC ensures controlled, clean product transfer and a safe working environment - ideal for sensitive applications with toxic or highly active powders.

Technology

  • Positioning and connecting the big bag: Positioning the big bag in a suitable place and securely connecting it to the filling system.
  • Docking and sealing: Aligning the big bag at the filling point for smooth material transfer and secure sealing to prevent leaks.
  • Filling the big bag: Carrying out the filling process, taking safety measures into account and checking the material flow.
  • Undocking: Disconnecting the big bag from the filling head once the process is complete.
  • Close the big bag with the containment closure set: Using a special containment sealing set to securely seal the big bag after filling and prevent contamination.
