Racks

Racks can generally be categorised into three versions:

• Table racks: Tables are small and space-saving stand-alone units for attaching a connection system and a big bag support. See also support tables.
• Gantry frames: Cantilever or bridge gantries are self-sufficient stations for attaching a connection system and a big bag support. They consist of the frame and an integrated runway rail with chain hoist and loading gear.
• Modular racks: Modular racks are self-sufficient and flexible stations for the sporadic emptying of big bags. They consist of a frame, a pneumatic height adjustment for big bags and the corresponding discharge clamping device for the connection system. A forklift truck is usually used as the lifting device, which suspends the big bag in the modular frame.

• Portal and modular racks:

• Independent big bag emptying station
• Also suitable for very high room heights and ceilings with low load-bearing capacity, floor conditions must be taken into account
• Removal weighing possible
• As a space-saving cantilever gantry (anchoring in the floor required) or bridge gantry for even load distribution on the floor
• Galvanised mild steel, painted or in stainless steel
• Module frames are optionally mobile or with forklift attachment, a chain hoist can also be used as a lifting device instead of a forklift
